Welcome to KRYOAN.ONLINE. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we manage domestic shipments across India.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

We offer pan-India shipping. Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.

Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): 5–7 business days.

Maximum Delivery Time: 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, festive rushes, or unexpected logistics disruptions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To make shopping convenient, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible pin codes in India.

Order Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders undergo a verification process. You may receive an automated WhatsApp message, SMS, or phone call to confirm your order. Unverified orders will be canceled.

Payment Mode: Please pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery agent. Digital payments (UPI/Wallets) at the time of delivery depend entirely on the courier agent's capability; cash is always preferred.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and future COD privileges for your account may be restricted.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your order in real-time.

6. Returns, Damages, and Issues

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind, which is why we offer a 7-Day Return Policy.
